  beenthere240: The whole problem with this silly opening (I think it's call the Ulysses because it's a Trojan horse type of gift -- a pseudo sacrifice) is that white ends up with an exposed queen and black can castle "by hand". If white plays 8.0-0, black will still get a strong center and white, who has given up a bishop for a knight for no compensation, can only hope that his opponent will fall asleep at the table (or give up chess) and lose on time.
