The game is an old XIXth Century trap, seen already quite a few times Games Like Grabill vs D H Mufridge, 1932

and from time to time it appears again over some board, a recent example being Velez vs Caro, Medellin (Colombia) 2009 <!!> - - - perhaps a chessical poltergeist, or dybbuk !?
