Kibitzer's Corner
May-15-05  Pawsome: 16... Qxf8 17.Bxb7 Rxb7 and then what? If 18. Qxb7 ?? Qf1#; if !8. Qxf8+ Bxf8 19. b3 black fights on.
Nov-01-06  Mocafi: In your variation of 18.Qxf8+ Bxf8 19.b3, instead of Bxf8 black should play Rxf8! 19.Bf3 e4!! wins the bishop.
Feb-13-11  Dymdez: Agreed, the best position I see white in, is a pawn up.
Aug-02-18  DrGridlock: Does seem like an odd resignation. Chessgames Stockfish analysis gives:

1) +0.22 (23 ply) 16...Qxf8 17.Bxb7 Rxb7 18.Qxf8+ Bxf8 19.b3 c5 20.c4 Rd7 21.Bg5 Kg7 22.Kg1 h6 23.Be3 Rd3 24.Re1 h5 25.Bg5 Bd6 26.Rf1 a5 27.Re1 Kf7 28.Kf2 Kg7 29.Be3 e4
