Richard Taylor: 5. Qf3 is the best move here according to Komodo. But after 5. ... c6?! (Nc6 is better, but White is already better now) then 6. b4! leads to a strong position for Black after Qxb4 7. Rb1 Qxd4 8. Qxf5 Qxc3+ 9. Bd2 Qd4 10. Qc8+ Qd8 11. Qxd8+ Kxd8 12. Rxb7 with an advantage to White as in my game Taylor-Pakenham Jan 2014. I won in about 6 more moves (although Black went wrong under pressure).

White gets the 2 Bs and development, hence the initiative.
