  Honza Cervenka: 54...Kg2 was a fatal mistake losing a tempo that white could exploit by 55.b4!! cxb4 56.c5 h1=Q+ 57.Rxh1 Kxh1 58.d6 Rd7 59.a7! Rxa7 60.c6 Ra6 61.c7 Rc6+ 62.Kb2 Kg2 (62...Rxd6 63.c8=Q ) 63.d7 . Paulsen's 55.Kb2!? seems to be less precise but still sufficient as 55...Ra7 here is too slow after 56.b4 because 56...Rxa6 57.Rxh2+! Kxh2 58.bxc5 as well as 56...cxb4 57.c5 Rxa6 58.c6 Ra3 59.Rxh2+ Kxh2 60.c7 Rc3 61.d6 is won for white. Also 55...Rd7 cannot save black: 56.b4 cxb4 57.Kb3 Rd6 58.Rxh2+ Kxh2 59.a7 Ra6 60.c5 Rxa7 61.c6 Kg3 62.d6 etc.

Of course, 54...Ra7 was better and it probably draws. At least I don't see any win for white here. 55.b4 Rxa6! 56.Rxh2 Kxh2 57.bxc5 Ra4! 58.c6 Rxc4 59.Kd2! (59.Kb2?? Kg3 ) 59...Rd4+ leads to draw, 55.Kb2 Rxa6! 56.Rh8 Rg6 57.Ka3 (57.b4 Rb6) 57...Rg4 58.d6 Rd4! (but not 58...Rh4? 59.Rxh4 Kxh4 60.d7 h1=Q 61.d8=Q+ ) seems to hold too.
