Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-09-07  NguyenVo: great going for the throat chess.
Jul-09-07  kingsindian2006: Love the step around the pawn with the king, those enemy pawns can serve as great protection if you dont eat them right away...to march your king right at the enemys queen is very brave..
Jul-10-07  Billy Ray Valentine: A very entertaining game!
Jul-12-07  Andrew Chapman: Ivanchuk seemed to attack his opponent's queen with his king (and some loyal pawns).
Oct-02-07  russep: Is Ivanchuk's passer that strong? What if black swapped rooks would his position have been that bad?
Oct-02-07  parisattack: Power chess by Ivanchuk. Reminds me of Stein at his best. The combo of pieces clustered in the center I call a Spassky Battery as it comes up in quite a few Spassky games and is almost always deadly. (3 minors in 4 center sqs or 2 minors in center and major on c4, c5, f4, f5).
