Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-10-07  babakova: Black got outclassed.
Nov-13-07  Takya Kotov: Black cannot stop Bd5
Sep-23-11  xanadu: It seems clear that 11...b5 was a big mistake. With Black I should play Knight to c6, then blocking the center with e5, thus develop the bihop to e6 and wait for counter attack at the center, watching for posibilities to advance f5 at some moment if possible. To restrict space advantage to White at the center is a critical factor in this opening (easy to say of course...).
Oct-18-11  xanadu: There is nowadays a tendency in many GM at 2500 level to open the positions before completing development. In my opinion this is a mistake. The origin perhaps is that they are searching for tactical complications in the opening, but a good adversary can improve the position with simple and reasonable moves, like Adams did here after 11...b5.
