Oct-18-07  King mega: whaddya think? carlsen lost!
Oct-18-07  ounos: What? This is not the full game! I watched it live. This position should be a fortress (or at least with the pawn at b3). But Carslen played a big mistake, Nc3??, where Black was ready to respond with g5! and create an outside passed pawn, which was fatal.
Oct-18-07  outplayer: This a magnificent game for both sides.

  al wazir: If 24. Qxd5, then 24...Rd8. (Not 24...Qxc2 because of 25. Bd3; not 24...Qc3+ 25. Kb1 Qxe3 because of 26. Bc4 Rf8 27. Rge1.)

In the game as played, white would have remained a ♙ up after 26. Bb6. (If 26...Rxb6, then 27. Qa5.)

Mar-01-16  vasparov19: carlsen CANNOT lose when he is playing white from now on
