Instead of 11.b3?? white should have played 11.Nxd4 which discovers attack on bishop and wins a pawn. 22.Qe2? is bad move: with 22.Rae1 the game is equal! For example 22.Rae1 Rdg8 23.Qe2 Re8 24.Qd2 Reg8 With 26.Qe4?? white looses the game.
