The final position certainly looks winning for Black (unless his flag fell). Even though the Black light-square Bishop cannot control the promotion square of the a-pawn, the position is 0-1 because after Black captures White's c-pawn, the White King will be required to move to the 4th rank and/or the d-file, to a placement outside the "square" of the a-pawn, after which it can simply run through to promotion.

BTW, here is another game from the same match which seems to have an incorrect result given (draw instead of 0-1): S Landau vs Noteboom, 1931
