Ron: Interesting game her by Eljanov; note his 34 Rd3 , allowing a pawn to be taken, in order to seize the open rook file against his oppent's king (this idea has occurred at least twice previously in this tournament.) After 35. Rh3 if Black plays 35. .. Rxd6 then White can play I think 36. Qe5, in which Black would have to allow his rook to be taken in order to avoid mate.

Ron: According to Opening Explorer here, after
<1. d4 d5 2. c4 c6 3. Nf3 Nf6 4. Nc3 a6 5. c5 g6 6. h3 Bg7 7. Bf4 0-0 8. e3> there are in this database: 5 White wins, 4 Draws, and 0 Black wins. Doesn't seem to be the most accurate line for Black, or, if Black plays 5. ... g6 then 6. h3 and 7. Bf4 seems like a good system for White.
