Feb-09-10  grasser: What a cool looking position at move 27.

27...e4 was poor.

Mar-07-21  Gaito: Position after 26...Bh4-f6:

Instead of 27.Qe3, how about 27.Rxf6! gxf6 28.Qe4 (Δ 29.Bc2) Kg7 (Δ...Rh8) 29.Nh4 Rh8 30.Nf5+ Kf8 31.Nd6 Qd7 32.Nxf7 (→) White has a tremendous attack which is more than enough compensation the exchange (diagram):

Mar-07-21  Gaito: Instead of 27...e4?, miss Krush could have tried 27...Qc6, but her position was utterly lost anyway, no matter what she played. I like the style of Indian grandmaster Sandipan Chanda: he plays energetical and uncompromising chess. I have seen that he has a number of very brilliant games to his credit. In Chess informant (numbers 97 and 100) a couple of his games were voted among the most brilliant games of the year.
