An Englishman: Good Morning: Odd little conundrum. 22.Be4+,Kh8; 23.Qxh7 is checkmate, so perhaps 22.Be4+,Bg7; 23.Qxd5+ is best, and I think Black resigned a little early. However, White's material edge should win in the long run. I have not explored all of the variations after 22.Be4+,Bg7; 23.Rxg7+!?,Kxg7; 24.Rg1+.

Incidentally, Black should not have played 9.d5, allowing White to lock up the center under favorable circumstances.
