  Phony Benoni: This game was given in the "American Chess Bulletin", 1906, p.148, as being from the 1905 Western Tournament. However, MacLeod did not play in that tournament. These two played only in the 1901 event, but this game was published int he Minneapolis Journal of August 13, 1901, and is entirely different: E P Elliott vs N MacLeod, 1901

I have been unable to find this game elsewhere than the ACB. If Elliott won the game from a different player at that event, there are the possibilities:
