Mar-29-12  belgradegambit: Amazing!
Mar-30-12  luzhin: Yes,amazing. Looks like Volokitin blew it on move 72 with Nc7?? allowing Jones' knight into f6. After 72...b5 it looks hopeless for the valiant Welshman -- for example 72...b5 73.Ne5 Ne7 74.Nf3 Nc6+ 75.Kc3 Ke7 76.Ng5 Kf6 77.Nf3 Bh7 and Black will snaffle the h-pawn.

Penguincw: White could've keep up with the attack in the endgame, and actually was having to defend.
Mar-30-12  Tired Tim: <the valiant Welshman> .... Englishman (born in Yorkshire) - presumably Welsh blood in parent(s)?
Oct-21-12  DrAttitude: How did Volokitin not win? Kudos for Gawain Jones for not giving up.
Oct-21-12  fisayo123: <DrAttitude> I take it you are a fan of Andrei?
