  MissScarlett: Braumann blunders with 10...Bxd5 but Alekhine, perhaps understandably, because he's playing eight boards sans voir, doesn't take advantage with <11.Bxf6 Bxc4 12.Bxc4 Qxc4 (...Qxf6 13.Nd5 Qd8 14.Qg4) 13.Rh4!>.

I assume Braumann found this later, because the following week the two met again in a regular simul: Alekhine vs P Braumann, 1940

Alekhine scored + 8=0-0.
