Check It Out: This game went on for some 80+ moves, but white 0-0-0 on move 24, an illegal move since the QR had already moved (twice) previously.

The pgn is therefore broken at that point. Is there any way for the full pgn to be hacked in?

There isn't, at least not so that the Olga viewer would show it. But if somebody cares to transcribe the rest of the moves from that scoresheet or another source and submit a correction slip for this game, I can add them to the PGN of the game. Olga still won't show them, but the PGN file will.

White played the illegal 24.0-0-0 if spotted she would have been bound by touch move 24.Kd1 (only move) 24...Qxd2 mate.

You can blast in the moves by hand but you would have to add a note just before move 24 to say what happened.

Black to move and continue from there.

---

I did this once in a league game. I Absentmindedly castled but I had earlier on moved my King. A few moves later my opponent resigned.

Only later did I realise what happened. If my opponent had been more alert than I was and asked me to retract castles and make a King move, I drop a Rook.
