White has a pawn extra, but Black's king is more active. White's bishop is definitely a <bad bishop>.

Black's king manoeuvred down to b2:

Here I had a brilliant concept. The idea was
45...Bf1, then ...Bh3-Bg2 then h3-h2-h1(Q). Black can get a new queen in 6 moves <and he queens first!>

Let's have a look
45... Bf1
46. Bd3 Bxh3
47. c4.

47... Bg2
48. c5 h3
49. c6 h2
50. c7 h1=Q <YES! Black has queen first!>
51. c8=Q.

White has a checkmating attack, there is no defence.

Whatever happens, the move 45...Bf1 always loses. The simple move 46. Bd3! wins, even if the bishops are swapped off:
46...Bxd3
47. Kxd3.

48...Ka4
49. Ke2+-.

Black avoided the silly idea with ...Bf1. Play the straightforward draw.
