Honza Cervenka: Natural 11...Bg7 or 12...Bg7 could have been better way to exploit a bit displaced Queen of white, who managed to consolidate his position, and in quite strategically complex situation he got a better game despite of optical spatial advantage of black. 28.Rbd1 (threatening Ne4) 28...Qf6 29.Bg4 Kg7 30.e4 would have given white excellent position with good winning chances, and also 29.Nb3 was still holding clear advantage of white. But white went for a wrong plan with idea to undermine black's centre by f2-f3, which fatally weakened dark squares in his position, and after 31.Rh1? (31.Rf2 would have been more stubborn, though black is already better anyway) white position fell apart instantly.
