Kibitzer's Corner
Oct-15-22  whiteshark: After <35...R7d4> the eval bar skyrocked, but the commentators didn't know why... Vincent with less that 15 seconds didn't find it either...

YOUR TURN:

White to move

. . . <36.Rxg4>, and it's gone...

Oct-15-22  Chessius the Messius: It's called "a fork".
Oct-15-22  sfm: Zugzwang.

I wouldn't have traded ♕s here. My move could be 52...♕xa4 but on a second thought there could be a stronger spot for the ♕.

Oct-15-22  ndg2: <whiteshark><YOUR TURN> I guess (no engine, I promise), it's 36.Qb3+ and then taking on d1? If the black queen interferes with 36..Qd5 we take on d5 then on g4, still with a piece up.
Oct-15-22  ndg2: Anyway, this game was a back-and-forth with a lot of mutual inaccuracies and blunders.
Oct-16-22  Chessius the Messius: Classical makes chess players depressed. Then they actually have to put effort into it.

Which.. goes way above their heads.
