Sometimes you think twice - and then for a third time. Here is the position.

White played
30. Nxb6. This was blitz, BTW, but it's the 1st tiebreak game.
Finishing first grabs you an extra 50 stotinki.

In blitz, Black might have thought:
"I could simply play 30...axb6. An alternative is to play 30...Bx♖e4. But White will play 31. Nd7, a serious <FORK>."
After 31. Nd7, Black would have <three> pieces in en prise - if you move the queen, Black still has 2 pieces en prise! But there would be a way our.

31...Bd5!!-+ <Fin de partie>!!

This game seems to have a jinx on the ♘b6 and e4.
40. Nb6, again.
40...Bb7! That would have won a piece.

Here, 108...Ke8=. But Black played 108...Kc8 which loses; he got away with it.

This is a game worth playing through. It is interesting. 150 moves...They played another blitz tiebreaker N Yakubboev vs J B Bjerre, 2025, 26 moves and I suppose it was all over in 6/7 minutes. That's chess.
