Dec-29-06  Karpova: His current rating is 1088
Dec-29-06  DCP23: Hmm, I'm much better than that but I'm not in this database.
Jan-01-07  Karpova: He just beat James Macrae (1759) in the fourth round!
Jan-02-07  Karpova: http://www.hastingschess.org.uk/200...

Though they still report Macrae's loss it doesn't seem to have happened. Compare round 4 to round 5: Macrae plays van de Laar (again) and wins. In fact he played Haydon in round 4 (as can be seen from the game in the database) and lost 5 out of 5 games.
