Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-13-13  Karpova: Kosta Rozic (Zagreb, Illica 36) was the secretary of the committee of the Yugoslavian Chess Federation which transacts business, according to V. Vukovic on page 322 of the December 1923 'Neue Wiener Schach-Zeitung'.

He also won the Zagreb Championship (other winners are V. Agapjejev in 1923, Leo Singer, D. Daniljcenko, I. Boschan, Dr. S. Deutsch, F. Peyer and Baumwoll), ibid. page 323.

On page 324 it is reported that Rozic was the editor of the chess column in the Zagreb "Novosti".
