kingscrusher: Andrew was very talented as a junior. I remember him drawing with GM Adams in a 30 minute countrywide junior tournament with the English opening. Very positional and tactical at the same time.
Jan-04-15  Withnail1: Hi. I was at Uni in Wolverhampton in the 90s and used to hang around the local chess club. One night they played Birmingham Uni with Webster on top board. The wolves top board was a strong player but was blitzed and in desperate time trouble while Webster had used less than 5 mins and looked bored. I recall he was also reading a Russian language book at the same time. Classy.
