Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-31-13  Karpova: Just like (Dr.) Juenger this seems to be most likely not Ernst Jünger, the author of 'Storm of Steel', but his father Dr. Ernst Georg Jünger (an enthusiastic chessplayer). He was awarded a doctorate in chemistry. As the information is scarce, I think it may be best not to merge these two player files yet.

The following indicates that they are the same person.

<Juenger>: Name given as Dr. Jünger and game played in Rehburg.

<Ernst Juenger>: Name given as Dr. Ernst Jünger.

Both times, the doctorate should exclude the author of 'Storm of Steel'.
