Pavel Voitkevich, also Pauls Voitkevich or Pawel Wojtkiewicz. Father of Aleksander Wojtkiewicz. He was of Polish descent, but was born in Riga, Latvia in 1937. He attained the Candidate Master title. He died in Riga on May 30th, 1982.
