<The same years claimed the life of another talented chess player - Yuri Aleksandrovich Krasnov. His name is mentioned among famous hydrogeologists who explored the West Siberian artesian basin. Before his arrest, he was the director of the Tomsk Geological Museum, then moved to Novosibirsk, where he was arrested. Champion of the Tomsk province in 1925, multiple winner of city championships - this is how this chess player went down in history.>
