Jan-28-14  Karpova: Is <Seeger> perhaps <Prof. Dr. Seger> (or <Seeger>), director of the Breslau Chess Club "Anderssen"? Btw., the treasurer of the "Anderssen" Chess Club was named Julius Steinitz.

The game has been played at July 28th, 1887.
