William Swift Huntington, born Monticello, NY USA; died New York, NY USA.

For many years he was a prominent member of the Cosmopolitan, City, Rice Progressive, and Terminal Chess Clubs. In 1935, at the age of 87 he tied for second place in the Terminal Chess Club's rapid transit tournament.
