Edward Dodd Carter, born Boonton, NJ USA; died Montclair, NJ USA.

Obituary
A graduate of Montclair High School in 1896, Mr. Carter attended Princeton University and Pratt Institute. Early in his career he was associated with the New York Telephone Co. For 20 years following this he was affiliated with Crocker-Wheeler Co., East Orange, before joining the Baylis Co., Bloomfield, where he served for 24 years prior to his retirement in 1939. During World War II he returned to work for two years with International Telephone & Telegraph in Newark.(1)
