Obituary
Joseph Peterson Tolins, 91, a retired attorney who formerly lived briefly with the family of his son, Dr. Stephen H. Tolins at 4 Mahew Ave. Larchmont, died Monday morning at the Tibbites Health Related Facility in White Plains. He had moved there about six months ago.
