Feb-20-08  Karpova: Mr. Chickenhead.

He plays for the SC Ammersee.

Feb-20-08  paladin at large: <karpova> You are merciless. I would kick this guy off the team right away. But I believe you may be wrong.

If I were to plead for the defense, I might note that Hühnerkopf is chickenhead. A Hüne is a giant sized man - it may be that the Huenerkopf (Hünerkopf) clan got their name from having oversized heads, not from any similarity in appearance or character to chickens.

Whatever - I would kick them off the team, too.

whiteshark: Introduction by the Dept. of Silli translations:

"Which chess player does not dream of a lot with superior position thanks to a brilliant Streiches to quit? As even the characters are of course not to merge Pointe. One might rather say that the combination of the effect of a figure corresponding position by victims to a maximum increase. So the combination owes the beauty of their stringency augenblickhaften not an invasion, but the grouping of forces to a selected figure. From small axes can be such a big case with the hatchet produce a devastating force Hiebes. And just to do a lot of hard chess players, with a view to a major train the puzzle just individual parts in its grasp, instead of an axis that the board Done driving around which until a plan can be designed. Plans without prior determination reach as wide an odyssey through Wüsteneien. You might meet at a water source, but then only by accident. Therefore, it is always advisable to own the step sequence to be determined before the view of the position of the defendant addressed. Whoever masters in their own home, may also step on the road plunge. Hünerkopf had in his lota against Lichtenegger in the Open Tournament to his lady Velden the axis of the combination. Hikers, errätst you in today's riddle of the Sphinx, how the white forces gathered on the case hatchet?"

Good news! Glad to hear about it. :D

Many of his Bundesliga defeats were against tougher opponents.
