  MissScarlett: Hendon & Finchley Times, April 16th 1915, p.8:

<Percy Ewen Healey, 42, clerk, Muswell-avenue, Muswell Hill, was charged with using insulting words and behaviour at Woodland-gardens, Muswell Hill, and further with improper conduct towards a female. — Detective-sergeant Dennison, Y Division, said he was on special duty in Muswell Hill-road on account of complaints, and saw the prisoner on Tuesday night following a young woman. Eventually he saw him speak to her, and he intervened. Then the female said prisoner had annoyed her, and later declared he was the same man who interfered with her the previous Wednesday evening. When arrested prisoner said “It is difficult to remember where I was last Wednesday. I usually come for a stroll down here at night." On the way to the station he said “My wife may remember where I was,” and at the station he said “If I can prove I was not there on Wednesday night the charge fails.” — Winnie Chapman, domestic servant, gave evidence to having been annoyed by a man. — Asked if she saw the man in Court, she failed to identify the prisoner. — The Bench, without calling on the defence, dismissed the charges. — Mr. Grobell, solicitor, asked that he might state that accused bore an unblemished record of 25 years' service with one firm, and his wife could prove that he was never in the places mentioned on the Wednesday night.>
