Kibitzer's Corner
May-18-15  zanzibar: His FIDE card lists the name as <Yeo, Min Yang Evan>.

What is the source of the hyphen and the extra "g"?

May-19-15  zanzibar: In cases like these I like to try to find the player's name as published in a local source, e.g. singaporechess.org:

http://www.singaporechess.org.sg/co...

Where they use the FIDE name:

Yeo, Min Yang Evan

Jovan Petronic, a trainer, lists Yeo's name as follows:

<2002: Gold: <Yeo Min Yang, Evan>, Boys U14 (individual standard)>

https://jovanpetronic.wordpress.com...

The ordering of the name seems slightly unclear - but I would need convincing to go against all the majority's use of "Min" rather than "Ming".

I think <CG> is wrong here.

Also, the local sources don't seem to use a hyphen either.

Could whoever changed it from the older version provide a ref link or rationale?
