May-02-04 Scotch Game (C45)
|
Clock1913: I don't play on ICC anymore so log on pogo. We can play this opening and maybe you could show me how you beat me with this opening. You could also show this to IM Lugo who was unable to do so. |

Clock1913: Anyone who thinks ricki lake is hotter than angelina jolie is one stupid mother @#$%er. In addition anyone who watches ricki lake must be "jerry- springer" trash. |

Apr-30-04 King's Gambit Accepted, Abbazia Defense (C36)
|
Clock1913: I've played players anywhere from 1800 to 2100 and I've never had a problem with it. The only time I lost as black was against my own coach. 3.. g5 is definetly the best response to nf3. |

Apr-28-04 Gabriel Schwartzman

Clock1913: Which year did you attend. I've only attended the FCA scholastic champs once but I've gone to the FSCL tournament every year since 1998 and most recently the one in lakeland in march. |

Apr-21-04 Ruy Lopez, Exchange (C68)
|
Clock1913: One line in the exchange if a very well known one for higher strength players. It gives a good game and a nice postition and offers a nice trap. It is 1.Pe4 Pe5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 Pa6 4. Bxc6 Pd7xc6 5. O-O Bg4 6. Ph3 Ph5! |

Apr-17-04 Sicilian, Dragon Variation (B70)
|
Clock1913: I've played a 2300 FM as white against the Dragon and it's a very easy opening to play against. I ignore blacks attack with b5 and go for the throat. I sling a bishop on g6 a rook on h7 and a pawn on f5 and g5 and it's a win. I've only had one person ever to beat me with th dragon |

Apr-15-04 Sicilian, Najdorf (B90)
|
Clock1913: Oh yes, f3 is a great move and very solid. GM Goldin recomended this line to me because it's as solid as the slav. as attacking as g4 and still flexible. and also allows great bishop diagnols on the f2-a7 diagnol |

Apr-15-04 Goldin vs Geller, 1989
|
Clock1913: I'm going to ask GM Goldin this sunday about this line because I really didn't run into 1 d4 a lot in scholastics but now that I'm playing mostly open tournaments I need to study this. |
