Dzsqra: Pulo is not even a has-been. You see, to be a has-been, you have to (at some point in your life) be "there" first. Pulo was never there, not even close. Talent- and skills-wise, Pulo is extremely lacking. So instead of calling him a has-been, he should be called a never-been.
