| I am a patzer. Never played a rated game. Was on my high school and graduate school teams. Never played above 3rd board. Grad school was in NYC, so we had some pretty strong players with good connections. Ed Lasker and Hanauer would come by at our practices. I lost to them both. Badly.
Am a big fan of Em Lasker, Capa, Alekhine, Rubinstein, Marshall, Kasparov, Botvinik, Bronstein and Fischer. |
