Jul-10-07 Steinitz vs Chigorin, 1892
Gamlet: This is a very good example of how Steinitz uses superb positional skill to defend a very bad King position. In a few master strokes he ends up dominating the board. This really should be given more attention because it is so instructive. |

Jul-06-07 Steinitz vs Chigorin, 1892
Gamlet: The wonderful thing about this game is how efficiently Steinitz took advantage of Black's mistakes. Each blow is a consequence of some weak moves by his opponent. Thus, 11.h4 is strong becausse of the misplaced knight on e6. |

Nov-18-05 Fischer vs Tal, 1959
Gamlet: I think the move that really did Fischer in was 20. c4, blocking his attacking bishop. The final position shows how differemt things could have been if there was no white pawn on c4. |
