   Mar-22-05 Kasparov vs S Rachels, 1988 (replies)

Garland356: Wow, I wish I could make the other person move the way I wanted like Kasparov does!

   Mar-08-05 Botvinnik vs V Chekhover, 1935 (replies)

Garland356: it looks like right at 19 Nd1 this game ended. This doesn't seem right

   Feb-21-05 Degraeve vs R Pogorelov, 1992 (replies)

Garland356: Did I miss something here. I'm an amature player and this is hardly a puzzle. Is there more to this than a simple sacrifice?

Nov-10-04 Kasparov vs Kramnik, 2003 (replies)

Garland356: Well that leads to Nxb2 threating the R and then Bxa3 is a possibily

   Nov-10-04 Kasparov vs L Jukemura, 2004 (replies)

Garland356: why doesn't black go for any queenside counter play?

Nov-10-04 Kasparov vs Seirawan, 1996 (replies)

Garland356: I've always known Kasparov to slaughter with an open center. Seirawan doesn't take that into account and leaves his King in the open and pays the price.

   Nov-10-04 J Kraai vs Seirawan, 2002 (replies)

Garland356: 48 Kxh4 should have been Kg3, but really either way I guess a draw was inevitable.

   Nov-10-04 Seirawan vs C Zhu, 2002 (replies)

Garland356: What provokes 15 Kd8? It seems like right there black doesn't stand a chanse from the impending doom of Nh5 Bh6. Either way a win is a win.

Nov-08-04 Fischer vs Spassky, 1992 (replies)

Garland356: First K can't attack g7 cause of the Bishop. Next after Kh6 the bishop is alone. Where's the loss of an exchange?

   Nov-01-04 Seirawan vs Z Zhang, 2003

Garland356: It seems White has command of the board throught the game. At the end however a blunder cost him his bishop and all hopw was lost.
