Aug-25-12 Andersson vs K Spraggett, 1989
JoeHolmok: What a struggle. And then to make a move like 98...b5? giving up the knight had to feel just awful. Must've been under some pretty terrible time pressure. But this is how Mr. Andersson likes to win his games. |

Aug-24-12 Dzindzichashvili vs Ribli, 1978
JoeHolmok: Great foresight by Ribli when he played 14...Bf8. 15. e5 must've been too tempting for Dzindzi. Love how black's e pawn makes it all the way to c3, munching up two knights along the way. |

Aug-16-12 Petrosian vs Hort, 1969
JoeHolmok: Petrosian's queen must've drove Hort mad! She hops around from move 34 to 39 and has her final dance pretty much from move 46 until Hort decided to give it up. This had to be frustrating. |

Aug-16-12 Gligoric vs Petrosian, 1973
JoeHolmok: And of course this pays homage to the great Svetozar Gligoric, who sadly passed away this past Tuesday. May he rest in peace. |

JoeHolmok: I would have liked to see this one played out... |

Jun-15-11 Fischer vs Petrosian, 1971
JoeHolmok: Does anyone else think Petrosian should play 8...d5 here? It seems it would be more fitting to his style rather than allow the isolated pawn like he did. |
