Mushroom: Instead of 17 Nf4+, is 17 Rf6 an alternative?
If (say) 17....Bxe6 18 Rh6 Kg4 19 Nf6++.
If 17.....Ng6 18 Rf5!! Bf5 19 Nf6 Kh4 20 g3 Kh3 21 Ng5++. There are other tries for black but they all seem to end in mate. For example 17....Bd1 18 Rh6 Kg4 19 Nf6++. Am I missing something? |

Mushroom: Chocolover. After 30 Qf6+ what about ...Kh7? How does White mate? The obvious move seems to be 31 Rh3 pinning the queen but then Qh3 and if 32 gh3 Bb7+ 33 Qf3 and black mates. |
