   Jan-07-11 R Vera vs G Lebredo Zaragoitia, 1982 (replies)

Primoman: I got it but saw a different attack scenario that also seems to work. 28 Bxf5 gxf5 29 Rxc8 Qxc8 30 Qxg7 and white is ahead with a rook vs a bishop. But how Vera played is better.

   Dec-31-10 Eliskases vs C Bielicki, 1962 (replies)

Primoman: Why is this difficult? It's a lot easier than yesterdays.

   Dec-13-10 H H Cole vs F Teed, 1897 (replies)

Primoman: I think the game was lost at move 24. Nxd4+. Once white retakes, he has a king closer to the center and the bishop in the center. Really bad move, the question is could black salvage at least a draw if he played 24...Ne5 instead? Black's king being far from the center may be his ...

   Apr-08-10 Kasparov vs P Nikolic, 1994 (replies)

Primoman: Instead of exchanging queens at the end, can black just put white in perpetual check?

   Oct-05-09 V Akobian vs Robson, 2009 (replies)

Primoman: goldenbear: I was thinking 21.b3. Yes, that move seems to work, I don't see an answer for black but I assume Robson took that move into account. It seems as though white wasted a move with 26.Rd1, as white just continued to push his a pawn.

   Oct-03-09 J Mieses vs G Marco, 1903 (replies)

Primoman: True, Sneaky, I guess you could say: big positional advantage. But whenever an opponent uses this on my i'm able to just play defensively and get my pieces developed and like hedgehog said, maybe return a pawn to relieve the pressure. But I'm only a 1600 rating so I don't play the ...

   Sep-26-09 M Lomineishvili vs N Pogonina, 2009 (replies)

Primoman: The way kingscrusher explained the game in the video, I think this is a very good game. Great thinking Natalia, on a deep level to sacrifice the rook for a knight and deadly passed pawn structure. Nice win.

Aug-26-09 Ivanchuk vs Grischuk, 2009 (replies)

Primoman: It seems like 30...Qe6 is a major blunder. Why not 30...Qd8 to protect the pawn and better fortify blacks position?

May-16-09 Kramnik vs Shirov, 1994 (replies)

Primoman: I dont get it, why can't white just take the rook or the knight on move 32? also, how about 36: Rc8? This game is deeper than most mere mortals can understand.
