Prisoner of Zelda: I saw this evening that Jay Leno is auctioning off another of his stupid motorcycles on the Tonight Show, for New Orleans victims. I think if he gave up a little of his 20 million or so a year salary, it would be so much more effective.

Prisoner of Zelda: One thing about chess 2000-2005. With Kasparov slightly off peak, a few new players began to have legitimate clamim to world's best. Kasparov sort of became "First among equals." But I don't think there is much difference in playing strength among the other top 3 or 4 ...

Prisoner of Zelda: < SamuelS > Maybe check out Soltis' "The Art of Defense."

Prisoner of Zelda: Yeah, Billy was one of a kind (how many people get a beer named after them?), he just looked so hip white trash (in a nice sort of way) with those glasses and big teeth. Ever see the photo of him and Jimmy sitting at the gas station, eating peanuts? A terrific photo, maybe

Prisoner of Zelda: < mack > On the subject of money, could you please spruce up that rotting, 1950s rail system? I caught my jeans in the door-gate during last visit.
