My interest in Artificial Intelligence got me paying attention to chesscomputers. That is where I learnt how to play. Just began playing at a local club against real human players where I haven't got a rating yet.

Morphy is my favorite by far.

Shrekster: Something is quite fishy here yes. First Chandra gives gives his Queen, then Junior decided not to take it. Then black gives his knight away and Chandra decides to move his King...

Shrekster: Topolov is playing a lost game now. He tried and he failed, but there's always tomorrow.

Shrekster: 33 ...c5 seems losing. He should have chosen a zugzwang (Kf8 eg.) After c5 things go downwards.

Shrekster: I have added this opening as black to my openingbook since it hard to get a decent open game when your opponent plays d4. After 5. Bb4 I mostly play 6.c5 for extra attacking power. It's a hardly investigated opening, so worth a shot.
