   Aug-07-22 H Tikkanen vs Hector, 2012

Stanco: When I saw those two stupid rooks I knew it was black to play

Jul-17-22 Aronian vs Carlsen, 2010 (replies)

Stanco: I solved the position. 20...Nxd5 22.cd5 Nd5 and now 23.Bf3 is not possible due to 23...Rf3, which is the whole point, along with 24...e4 freeing the black's game after Kg1, and white knight on a4 is hardly a piece, and in essence, black even is not a piece down.

Stanco: I spotted 26.Qh6 in no time

   May-29-22 Naiditsch vs S Halkias, 2007 (replies)

Stanco: I went for 23...Nxf2 followed with 24...Be3 winning the exchange: 24.Rxf2 Be3 25.Qf1 Bxd3 26.cxd3 Bxf2+ 27.Qxf2 Rxe2! (actually I built the whole idea around the unprotected knight on e2) 28.Qxb6 axb6 29.Bc3 Rxd3 etc...

May-25-22 Vasiukov vs Kholmov, 1964 (replies)

Stanco: First I thought of 25.Nc5 followed with 26.Bxg7 and 27.Qh5 but for some reason blundered the black queen is on 4th rank and 28.Bh7+ doesn't work. It took me good 5 minutes to went back to this line again and realise it works actually lol
