I live in Miami, FL. I saw Fischer in Havana in 1966 during the XVII Olympiad of Chess. He was nice with Cubans and he stayed 15 days in Cuba as tourist after the Olympiad finished. I am member of the USCF, I have a 2120 rating in INTERNET, but not a USCF rating.

   Apr-16-20 E Jimenez Zerquera vs Fischer, 1960

Terminator123: Jiménez, being an unknown NM from Cuba played this game with Fischer without fear. I was Jiménez's Neurologist in the 1990s, when he was already retired of competitions.

Terminator123: In my modest opinion, the black dressed man behind Fischer is Jonathan Penrose.

Apr-16-20 Letelier vs Fischer, 1960 (replies)

Terminator123: Letelier would lose his f3 Bishop in all variations: 24) Kf2 Ng4+, 25) Kg2 Ne3+, 26) Kf2 Nd4, 27) Qh1 Ng4+

Terminator123: Jonathan Penrose meritorious performance in this Olympiad. He not only drew with Fischer, but defeated the then World Champion Mikhail Tahl, who, to be honest played below his capacity his preferred Indobenoni Defense.
