   Oct-31-09 A Goldsmith vs T Tao, 2002 (replies)
acolyte: Maybe White's cell phone went off? Lol.
   Jul-31-09 Kurt Dreyer (replies)
acolyte: <arctic tern> That's why he's Player of the Day. How many others can claim such a feat?
   Jul-29-09 P Romanovsky vs I Rabinovich, 1925 (replies)
acolyte: Why 6. ...Kf8?
Jul-18-09 Kamsky vs Lautier, 1991 (replies)
acolyte: Was thinking same knight, different square. Anyone see the problem with 33. Nxe5 fxe5 34. Bxe7 Qxe7, and then advancing the f-pawn?
   Jul-14-09 Bird vs Blackburne, 1879
acolyte: Cracks me up that he didn't even touch his e-pawn. It's like rubbing it in.
   Jul-09-09 Alekhine vs V Nikolaev, 1909
acolyte: Indeed.
   Jul-07-09 L Guldin vs Ufimtsev, 1950 (replies)
acolyte: My guess is: 15. Bxa6 Nxe5 16. fxe5 Qh4+ 17. Bf2 Qxg4 18. Bd3... White's King is caught in the middle, and it's only a matter of time until two of the c/d/e files are pried open with ...cxd4, ...f5, etc.
