crosschained: after 48.Qe6+ he didn't follow it up with more checks and a likely mate to follow... or perpetual check at the very least. Obviously Rd7+ would've won. Instead played 49.Rxb2??... just makes no sense whatsoever. Garry must have been in the worst time-trouble.
