   Jun-24-25 S Atalik vs E Bagakis, 1994 (replies)

daladno: Black chose suicude over disgrace by not taking the knight.

   Jan-22-25 L B Hansen vs Ivanchuk, 1986 (replies)

daladno: I hesitated a bit about adding pressure on pinned Rf2 but then saw that 32...Qxg2+ exposes white K on "g" and "h" lines, allowing black Rs to deliver the fatal blow.

Nov-28-24 Torre vs Lasker, 1925 (replies)

daladno: Some sort of glitch by CG. Apparently no good tricks left for Black in the give position. If it was meant as White to move the game is too famous for a puzzle.

   Nov-26-24 F Hellers vs Bareev, 1986 (replies)

daladno: We knew easier Tuesdays.

   Oct-15-24 S Volkov vs H Melkumyan, 2010 (replies)

daladno: A week with two Mondays.

   Oct-09-24 G A Larson vs C Jones, 2006 (replies)

daladno: This one was way easier for me than yesterday's. Оnce you see the Bh3+ blow the rest is straightforward, no drawish traps etc.

Oct-08-24 F de la Paz Perdomo vs Y Quesada Perez, 2012 (replies)

daladno: I found, although not very quickly, the winning sequence of 36. Rxg7+ Kxg7 37.Rc6+ Kf8, but then rushed for an easy Q win, 38.Rxc4 which SF says is only a draw after 38... axb2+, when Black manages to save his rooks. I've seen the 37. Rf4+ alternative but thought there was no ...

   Aug-26-24 H Tikkanen vs D Semcesen, 2002 (replies)

daladno: Also went for Nxh5 and did not see immediate win. This one is Monday-easy only if Black wants to cooperate.

   Jul-22-24 V Mikenas vs A Khasin, 1956 (replies)

daladno: It took me some time to see that it's the Black's move and stop looking for a way to deliver Qxh7#. Then it went much simpler.

   Jun-11-24 V Iordachescu vs S Williams, 2013 (replies)

daladno: This one was funny to me. I missed the Qh7+ killer move, and saw that Re8+ is a dead end. Finally I went for 40. Re6 which is not nearly as cool and quick as Qh7+, but forces Black to give up their Q and R, and the robot says it's mate in 13. I think I can claim a half-credit ...
