ehehheehee: When I look at a database (free ChessBase Light 2009), it seems like most top players play 8... h6 and play 9...d5 after Bh4. 9... d6 is also played, but less frequently. Since I no experience playing this OTB, could somebody explain the motivation behind kicking the bishop back ...
